your order has been received by us, will attempt to ship your order out within 5
business days if it is received before 3
P.M. Mountain Time. If an item is out of stock
or on backorder we will notify you via email
or phone. For information on

Tails of the
Rockies accepts orders online 24 hours a
day. Shipping rates on our website
apply to domestic purchases ONLY.
For International order call or email us
with your items and we will give you an
approximate cost for shipping.

Return Policy
Our goal is
always complete customer satisfaction. If
you are not completely happy with your
purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us
know if something is wrong and we will do
what we can to make it right.
Please notify us within 10 days of receipt
of the product and we can issue a full
refund or credit. We will refund your
credit card for the full price of the
products purchased under the following
circumstances:
Product was received damaged or defective,
an incorrect item was shipped or the product does
not meet your expectations.
Credits and refunds must be
processed within 30 days of the sale.

provide free return shipping. If your
return is not the result of an error on our
